The separation table is used when heavy materials need to be separated from light materials. Materials such as wood, paper, plastics, lightweight fraction(RDF) ans so on...often contain material that needs to be separated. The process involves vibrating the material forward to an air nozzle. Heavy material gravitates lower down, while the air from the nozzle lifts up the light material. The material is then blown to a material separator (e.g. cyclone). The degree of separation is very high, above 95%. It exists 4 models with a capacity between 30 m3/h and 200 m3/h. The table can also be fitted with a sieve section to separate out sand, gravel or similar materials.
